Los prestadores de servicios de salud fijarán en lugares visibles al público, el distintivo que defina el Ministerio de la Protección Social, mediante el cual se identifique que los servicios que ofrece se encuentren habilitados. Igualmente mantendrán en lugar visible al público el certificado de habilitación una vez haya sido expedido.
