DE LA DETERMINACION DEL CONSUMO. Cuando exista medidor, el consumo se determinará por la diferencia entre la lectura actual del medidor y la lectura anterior, siempre y cuando el medidor esté funcionando correctamente. El consumo así determinado será la base parcial de liquidación de la cuenta de cobro.
