º . Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar el acceso de las personas con discapacidad en situación de extrema pobreza y vulnerabilidad, al subsidio económico de la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de este decreto se entiende por persona con discapacidad, aquella calificada con un porcentaje superior al 50% de conformidad con el Manual Único para la Calificación de la Invalidez.
