Ley 61 de 1894 · Por la cual se otorga un auxilio a las Diócesis que van a erigirse en los Departamentos de Santander y Tolima

° Se autoriza á la Asamblea departamental del Tolima para ceder al Obispado del Tolima, hasta por diez años, el uso del edificio y de las rentas del Colegio de Santa Librada de Neiva con destino al Seminario Conciliar.

Autorízase igualmente al Concejo Municipal de San Gil para que si en este lugar se estableciere la Diócesis de Santander, cede para Seminario el uso del local del Colegio de San José de Guanentá y los intereses del capital de que dispone. Esta cesión podrá ser por el término hasta de diez años.
