Artículo noveno. El Consejo Nacional de Coordinación tendrá una Secretaría Ejecutiva que será ejercida por el Secretario General del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Son funciones de la Secretaría

Convocar a los miembros del Consejo a las reuniones, de acuerdo con las instrucciones del Presidente.

Comunicar las políticas y decisiones que adopte el Consejo y mantenerlo informado del desarrollo de los programas y proyectos específicos a cargo de las Comisiones Ejecutivas.

Elaborar y conservar las actas correspondientes a la reuniones.

Las demás que le asigne el Consejo.
