Reconózcase al Porro como manifestación del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial y el Festival del Porro de San Pelayo como una acción de salvaguardia de dicha manifestación, y autorícese al Ministerio de Cultura a asesorar el proceso de postulación a la Lista Representativa de Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial y el posterior desarrollo del Plan Especial de Salvaguardia del Porro, de acuerdo con el procedimiento vigente.
