Destínase hasta el 2 por 100 de las sumas anuales que se cobren del Tesoro Nacional para gastos de administración, en la siguiente forma: hasta uno y medio por ciento (1 ½ por 100) para sueldo anual del Tesorero; y medio por ciento (½ por 100) para sueldo anual del Secretario y útiles de escritorio.
