° El certificado de inscripción, que será expedido en papel sellado por el Presidente y el Secretario del Consejo, deberá mencionar la resolución por la cual se concedió aquella y la cédula de ciudadanía o extranjería, o la tarjeta de identidad, según el caso, del interesado, y llevar adherida una foto del mismo visada con el sello del Consejo.
