Para la enumeración de primeros y segundos suplentes se tendrá en cuenta la colocación gradual que los candidatos tengan en las papeletas de votación, y se declararán electos primeros suplentes personales del principal con quien aparezcan, a aquellos que con tal calidad hayan obtenido mayor número de votos, y segundos, a los que tengan mayor número de votos en ese grupo, pero siempre con relación al mismo principal.
