º. La importación de bienes que hagan los organismos y entidades previstas en el artículo anterior y para los fines allí señalados, estará exenta del pago de todo tributo y tasas y tarifas. La nacionalización de tales bienes sólo requerirá la suscripción de un acta por parte de la autoridad aduanera competente, previa certificación del Ministro de Defensa Nacional o del Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, según el caso.
