Pago de viáticos. Para efectos del pago de los viáticos a que se refieren los Artículos 98 y 99 del Decreto 612 de 1977, se entenderá por día de comisión aquel en que un individuo o grupo de individuos, por exigencia del acto del servicio que se les ha encomendado, tengan que pernoctar en una guarnición, ciudad o localidad diferente a la de su trabajo o residencia habitual. Cuando no se cumplieres esta condición, no habrá lugar al reconocimiento de suma alguna por concepto de viáticos. TITULO TERCERO DE LA SUSPENSIÓN Y SEPARACIÓN CAPITULO I DE LA SUSPENSION
