El recaudo y manejo de los dineros a que se refieren los artículos anteriores está a cargo de una Junta integrada en la forma siguiente: por un representante del Ministerio de Obras Publicas, por un representante de la Contraloría General de la Republica, por un Personero y Alcalde de las poblaciones favorecidas con esta Ley, y por un representante de la Junta del Centenario Principal que tendrá su sede en la ciudad de Ocaña.
