Para que la Superintendencia otorgue el permiso a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el gerente o representante legal de la sociedad formulará su petición por medio de un memorial en papel sellado, al cual acompañará las copias de las actas autenticadas y completas de las reuniones en que la asamblea haya aprobado el acuerdo respectivo.
