El que malverse o dilapide los bienes que administre, en ejercicio de la patria potestad, tutela o curatela, o los bienes del cónyuge que le hayan sido confiados en cualquier forma para su administración, estará sujeto a la pena de seis meses a dos años de arresto y multa de mil pesos a cincuenta mil pesos.
