ARTICULO 2.1.1.4.10 . NÚMERO DE FONDOS A ADMINISTRAR. La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá autorizar a una sociedad para administrar varios fondos de pensiones de jubilación cuando la naturaleza de los planes de pensiones lo exija y siempre que no se pongan en peligro los intereses de los partícipes de los diversos planes y fondos.
