Aviso de arribo del medio de transporte. En los casos en que el medio de transporte no contenga carga o transporte únicamente pasajeros, el transportador dará aviso de su arribo a la Administración de Aduanas correspondiente, con una anticipación mínima de seis (6) horas, si se trata de vía marítima, y de una (1) hora cuando corresponda a vía aérea. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de la obligación de presentar el aviso de llegada.
