Para El Registro E Inscripción De Los Títulos De Enseñanza Media, Normalista O Superior, No Universitaria, Será Indispensable Presentar Certificación Del Instituto Docente Donde Se Hizo El Servicio De Alfabetización O De Acción Comunal, Refrendado Por El Jefe De La Zona De La Inspección Nacional A La Cual Pertenezca Dicho Instituto

º. Para el registro e inscripción de los títulos de enseñanza media, normalista o superior, no universitaria, será indispensable presentar certificación del instituto docente donde se hizo el servicio de alfabetización o de acción comunal, refrendado por el Jefe de la Zona de la Inspección Nacional a la cual pertenezca dicho instituto.

Parágrafo

Los institutos educativos dejarán constancia, en las libretas de los alumnos, de las horas dedicadas al servicio social de alfabetización y de acción comunal.
