Adiciónese El Parágrafo 2° Al Artículo 285 Del Decreto 390 De 2016, El Cual Quedará Así: “ Parágrafo 2°

Adiciónese el

Parágrafo 2

al artículo 285 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 2

En los casos en los cuales los tratados de libre comercio contemplen preferencias arancelarias y exijan la prueba de origen, la misma constituye documento soporte, debiendo ser obtenida antes del embarque de la mercancía, salvo lo previsto en dichos tratados y sin perjuicio de su conservación y entrega cuando sea requerida por la autoridad aduanera en el control posterior” .
