Las sumas que correspondan a cada sección del país, conforme al Artículo 1°. De esta Ley, serán giradas por la Nación a los respectivos Tesoreros Departamentales, Intendencias, Comisarias, Distrito Especial de Bogotá, etc., para que sean aplicadas exclusivamente a los fines previstos en la presente Ley.
