Para tales cursos se adoptará, el régimen de seminternado, en forma que los alumnos reciban almuerzo gratuito. En los casos en que fuere aconsejable podrán abrirse internados para facilitar, mediante la concesión de becas, el acceso de alumnos provenientes de aquellos Municipios en que no se haya hecho posible la apertura de establecimientos propios.
