Artículo noveno. El consejo Universitario elegirá Rector una vez instalado, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto. El período del Rector empezará a contarse a partir de la fecha de cada elección. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
