En comisiones de estudio y año sabático . Los períodos de vacaciones legales que se causen durante comisiones de estudio no inferiores a un año o por año sabático, dan lugar a que las vacaciones se consideren disfrutadas en el lapso a que se refieren estas situaciones laborales administrativas.
