Se prohibe a los menores de diez y ocho anos todo trabajo que perjudique se salud, su vida o su moralidad, que sea excesivamente fatigante, o que sobrepase sus fuerzas.

Parágrafo

El decreto reglamentario precisará qué trabajos son insalubres o perjudiciales para la preservación física o moral del niño.
