El Presidente del Tribunal que asista a los exámenes que se verifiquen ante los Jurados de Examinadores que designen los Consejas Directivos, o Conciliadoras de las Facultades de Derecho nacionales o departamentales, o de las particulares con personería, jurídica que funcionen en Bogotá, hará parte del Jurado de Calificación y firmará también la matrícula que se expida al favorecido.
