De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 27 de la Ley 40 de 1945, ningún damnificado podrá pagar honorarios por el reconocimiento de los derechos de que trata el presente Decreto, y el personal que en cualquier forma intervenga en su señalamiento y distribución, prestará sus servicios ad honórem.
