Art. 3.° La línea espresada en el artículo anterior se unirá con la que se construya en el Estado de Boyacá, de acuerdo con su Gobierno, la cual pasará por la ciudad de Tunja i terminará en el Chicamocha En la autorizacion para contratar esta línea se comprende la de construir un ramal que ponga en comunicacion la ferrería de Samacá con la línea principal, siempre que sea necesaria esta obra.
