Solo para los efectos del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios y en las condiciones señaladas en el artículo 99 del Decreto legislativo número 2053 de 1974, prorrogase por el término de diez (10) años, a partir del año gravable de 1980, el descuento tributario establecido para las empresas colombianas de transporte aéreo.

Parágrafo

Las exenciones de que trata la presente ley se aplicarán igualmente a las empresas de servicio de Fumigación aérea, que estén debidamente autorizadas por el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil y vigiladas por la Superintendencia de Sociedades.
