El Defensor de Menores promoverá el juicio de alimentos a que se refieren los artículos 69 y siguientes de la Ley 83 de 1946 si se lo solicitare cualquiera de las personas que tienen derecho a fundar la respectiva solicitud, o de oficio.
En todo caso, el Defensor deberá ser citado al juicio.
