Una vez sancionada la presente Ley. y en caso de que no lo hiciere el Congreso, el Gobieno deberá efectuar las operaciones presupuestales que sean necesarias para incluír en los Presupuestos de gastos de las vigencias fiscales venideras, a partir de la de 1947, una cantidad no menor de $200.000 destinada al pago de los gastos que demande en cada ano el funcionamiento de este Consejo.
