Indemnización por incapacidad sicofísica. Los alumnos de que tarta el artículo anterior, que sean dados de baja por incapacidad relativa y permanente, adquirida en actos relacionados con formación, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les pague una indemnización correspondiente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del sueldo básico correspondiente a un Cabo 2º.
