Para la construcción de. la vía principal y del ramal a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se incluirán en el Presupuesto especial de caminos las siguientes partidas anuales: veinticuatro mil pesos ($24,000), para la primera, y diez mil pesos ($10,000) para la segunda.
