El Revisor Fiscal tendrá derecho de inspección sobre todos los actos, libros o papeles del Banco, pudiendo pedir al Presidente, a los vicepresidentes y empleados los datos que requiera para el buen desempeño de sus funciones, así como exigir todo lo que fuere conveniente para que se cumplan estrictamente las leyes, los estatutos, las decisiones de la Junta Directiva, y las órdenes e instrucciones de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
