Art. 1.° Los intereses devengados por los billetes del Banco Nacional desde 1.° de Febrero hasta el 30 de Noviembre de 1885, que no hayan sido aún cubiertos, se abonarán en la Tesorería general cuando se haga con ellos cualquier pago.

Parágrafo

También se hará el mismo abono en la Administración principal de Salinas de Zipaquirá.
