La junta queda autorizada para dotar las mencionadas dragas del personal que sea necesario para su correcto funcionamiento, para fijarle la asignación mensual a cada uno de sus empleados para determinar el trayecto o trayectos del rio que se deben limpiar, atendiendo de preferencia al comprendido entre Bocas de Rosario y La Dorada.
