No son embargables por ninguna autoridad los recursos incorporados en el Presupuesto General de la Nación. Cuando se conceden a la Nación, entidades descentralizadas, entidades territoriales, la sentencia debe presentarse a la dependencia competente para que se pague con cargo al rubro presupuestal “Sentencias” que debe existir en el presupuesto de cada entidad.
