Art. 7 .° Las órdenes sobre exencion de derechos de importacion a los objetos que se introduzcan por cuenta del Gobierno nacional requieren para su cumplimiento en las Aduanas el que se den en todo casi o únicamente por la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento, a la cual darán al efecto las otras oficinas los respectivos avisos sobre introduccion de tales objetos, espresando el acto ejecutivo que orijina ésta, i si se trata de un contrato, la lei que autoriza la concesion de exenciones. Dichos avisos se publicarán en el Diario Oficial.
