Distritos y municipios portuarios. El

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 29 de la Ley 141 de 1994, quedará así:

Parágrafo 2

Si los recursos naturales no renovables no se transportan a través de puertos marítimos y fluviales, el porcentaje de la distribución de regalías y compensaciones asignado a ellos pasará al departamento en cuya jurisdicción se realizó la explotación del respectivo recurso. El resto del artículo quedará vigente.
