El Departamento Nacional de Planeación fijará las directrices para el desarrollo e implementación de un programa de promoción de la inversión extranjera que mediante actividades de generación de inversión y servicio a los inversionistas nacionales y privados, busque consolidar mayores flujos de inversión de capital del exterior en el país.
