Vencido el término de que trata el artículo anterior, el Fiscal remitirá las diligencias, con su concepto, al superior competente Recibidas por éste, ordenará el perfeccionamiento del informativo si a su juicio hubiere lugar a ello dentro de lapso no superior a diez (10) días y lo devolverá al Fiscal para concepto; cumplido lo anterior o si no hubo diligencias que practicar y si existiere mérito, el funcionario competente integrará el Tribunal Disciplinario y remitirá las diligencias al Presidente del Tribunal.
