Art. 3.° Facúltase al Comandante general de la Columna, Jefe Civil y Militar de le Provincia, para darle á la mencionada fuerza la organización conveniente y hacer los nombramientos de Jefes y Oficiales, dando cuenta al Ministerio de Guerra, para su aprobación. Comuníquese y publíquese.
