A solicitud del Superintendente Bancario y en cumplimiento de lo establecido por el artículo 266 del Código de Comercio, la Ley 45 de 1923 y el Decreto 1773 de 1973, el Superintendente de Sociedades procederá a cancelar el permiso de funcionamiento a las Sociedades Comerciales que, a juicio del Superintendente Bancario no hayan cumplido con las obligaciones establecidas en dichas normas y en el presente Decreto.
