El incumplimiento de las normas vigentes al momento de enlazar el servicio de radiodifusión sonora en cadena, dará lugar a la imposición de las sanciones previstas en el Capítulo XI de este Decreto al concesionario o concesionarios que originan la programación o a la organización radial inscrita como cadena ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
