Los ciudadanos elegidos presidentes de la Republica , que hubieren ejercido el cargo por lo menos durante dos años , tendrán derecho a percibir el tesoro Nacional, mientras vivan la cantidad de mil pesos ( $ 1,000) mensuales.

Parágrafo

Para el pago de esta cantidad sólo será necesario la comprobación de haber ejercido el cargo.
