Decreto 2451 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente el Código de Comercio (Decreto-ley 410 de 1971) y el Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984, sobre transporte marítimo y se dictan otras disposiciones

EXPEDICION DEL CERTIFICADO DE TRANSPORTADOR MARITIMO. Ordenada la inscripción por la Autoridad Marítima, ésta a costa del interesado, le expedirá el certificado correspondiente que contendrá los siguientes datos: (i) nombre o razón social y domicilio del transportador; (ii) clase y especialidad de servicio que tiene autorizado; (iii) ruta o servicio asignados.

Parágrafo

En los certificados de registro provisional se indicará dicha condición y el término de su vigencia. Los certificados se renovarán cada dos (2) años, o cada vez que se modifiquen las rutas o servicios.
