Prohibición. Ningún vehículo particular acondicionado o adquirido de fábrica como tal, podrá prestar el servicio público terrestre automotor mixto en motocarro.
El acondicionamiento de motocicleta a motocarro deberá efectuarse de acuerdo con las especificaciones y condiciones técnicas y de seguridad que establezca el Ministerio de Transporte.
