En los casos de expropiación, por causa de utilidad pública, la entidad o entidades que hayan solicitado la expropiación, podrán, tan pronto como haya sido cubierto el valor de las cosas expropiadas, según el precio que haya sido fijado en el juicio respectivo, o mediante la entrega de tal valor en el juzgado del conocimiento, entrar por sí mismo en posesión de las cosas expropiadas.
