Artículo cuarto : La reforma de que trata el presente Acuerdo, forma parte integrante de los Estatutos del Hotel San Diego S.A.- Hotel Tequendama aprobados mediante los Decretos 1866 de 1977, 1969 de 1986, 1158 de 1989 y 923 de 1992, emanados de la Presidencia de la República e incluye las disposiciones del Acuerdo número 104 del 10 de diciembre de 1993, no modificados por el presente Acuerdo.
