Las licencias otorgadas con anterioridad a la expedición del presente Decreto mantendrán su vigencia así: La licencia de Primera Categoría será equivalente para todos los efectos a la licencia única de actor. La licencia de segunda categoría, será equivalente a la licencia de radioactor de que trata el artículo 12 del presente Decreto. Las licencias de tercera categoría, o sea, aquellas que otorgaba el Ministerio para el ejercicio del teatro circo no se expedirán en el futuro.
