Garantía del servicio de suministro de combustible . Los proveedores de combustible deberán tomar todas las acciones necesarias que permitan garantizar el suministro de combustible de manera previa, durante y después del certamen electoral, con el fin de que se garantice el transporte tanto público como privado, en aras de facilitar el desplazamiento de la ciudadanía y del personal al servicio del proceso electoral.

Decreto 1702 de 2023 · por el cual se dictan normas para la conservación del orden público para las elecciones de Autoridades y Corporaciones Públicas Territoriales del 29 de octubre de 2023 y 19 de noviembre del mismo año, segunda vuelta de elección de Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, si hubiere lugar a ello, y se dictan otras disposiciones.
