Cuarta División. La 4ª División se acantonará en los Departamentos del Cauca y Antioquia, con su Estado Mayor en Popayán; la compondrán los Batallones "Pichincha" número 16, "Urdaneta" número 17 y "La Popa" número 18, acantonados en Popayán, Cali y Medellín, respectivamente. Tendrá 1.136 hombres.

Parágrafo 1

El "Pichincha" quedará como el "Bárbula" con 436 plazas.

Parágrafo 2

El "Urdaneta" y "L Popa", como el "Nariño" con 350 plazas cada uno.
